Neighborhood Retention Ponds:
Chattahoochee Landing has two retention ponds to facilitate storm water runoff. The primary pond (#1) is about the size of a soccer field and the HOA is required to keep this area mowed and maintained. Typically this area is mowed once every two weeks during the growing season through a contractual arrangement with a landscape firm. The second pond (#2) sits on private homeowner property and is the responsibility of each of the individual homeowners to maintain.
