Back Berm:

Homes on Berwick Farm Drive from #3904 to #4014 back up to Irvindale Road (another residential area within the City limits).  When Chattahoochee Landing was first developed, a fence was placed on top of the berm separating our neighborhood from Irvindale Road.  The result of the placement of the fence was that a portion of property in these lots became difficult to access and therefore were not regularly maintained.  The area soon became unsightly to Irvindale residents.  The City asked the HOA to maintain this area but multiple Boards have maintained that this area is not common property and the maintenance of this area is the responsibility of each of the individual homeowners.
