Covenants and Bylaws
The Covenants and Bylaws that are presented on this page are the current documents that declare the Homeowner Association, state the policies regarding expenditures, Architectural Control, and governance of the HOA Board.
The Covenants define the roles the Association has in maintaining the value and integrity of the neighborhood. When you closed your home you should have received a copy of the covenants. The Bylaws of the organization are a state required document that governs how the Board conducts the business of the organization. More specifically it outlines how Board members are elected, how long they serve, what duties and responsibilities they have and a number of other important issues.
