Amendments to Covenants and Bylaws proposed by the 2008 Board

(June 2008) The 2008 HOA Board of Directors is presenting a number of amendments for consideration to homeowners for approval. At this time, approval by at least 91 homeowners (one vote per household) is needed for passage of the amendments. These changes are in both the neighborhood covenants as well as the bylaws that govern the actions of the Board. These changes can be viewed below in whole or in summary.
If you have not already voted, we ask that you please:
--print and complete a voting ballot
--mail your ballot to CLHOA / P.O. Box 3208 / Duluth, GA. 30096 OR
drop it off in the HOA mailbox at 3410 Berwick South Drive.
