Amendments Purchased by the 2007 Board
The 2007 Board purchased community Covenant and Bylaw revision drafts prior to the end of their term in March 2008. In an effort to protect the investment of HOA funds ($4,000) for these revisions, the 2008 Board worked as a team with approximately 20 residents to review these drafts. Collectively we agree that there are some covenant and bylaw revisions that might benefit our community, but the drafts as a whole are overly restrictive and not in keeping with the general atmosphere and lifestyle of our community. The full text of these drafts may be reviewed below. However, please note that since they were not put forward to the neighborhood and voted into passage, they are NOT binding.
