Paint Colors:
Exterior paint within Chattahoochee Landing requires an approval from the ACC. The image below is provided for the purpose of displaying the general range of colors which will be approved. The general look and feel of the exterior paint throughout the neighborhood is intended to be lighter colored earth tones, white or cream. However, other colors may be submitted and will be considered.
