Chattahoochee Landing is a diverse, covenant governed community that is located at the intersection of Peachtree Industrial Blvd., and River Green Parkway in Duluth, GA, approximately 1 mile east of the Chattahoochee River. There are 121 homes in our community that were built from 1994 to 1996 by MDC and Ryland Homes with an average price of $212k. While we do not have a community pool or recreation area, community residents can often be found out and about walking for their health, doing yard work, and visiting with their neighbors.
Chattahoochee Landing is within the city limits of Duluth and students attend Chattahoochee Elementary, Duluth Middle School, and Duluth High School. There are many restaurants, active civic clubs, a broad range of churches, and a local theatre within the area as well as a host of city and county parks.
